Welcome to the City of Mansfield’s online Customer Service Center for your utility account, traffic citations, fines, and property taxes. Making payments are easy- no more standing in line or stamps!

Important to note:

  • If you have a bench warrant, you must add the warrant fine to your ticket fees. $100 fine per warrant.
  • To avoid penalities ALL property taxes must be paid by close of business on December 31 or last business day of the year.  
 

To make paying your bill as convenient as possible, the City offers a number of different payment options:

  •  Pay via internet using your credit card. You will need to register first in order to pay online. (Additional fees apply)

  • Mail full payment of the amount due along with your payment stub to the address indicated below.
